  • Where can I buy Scudo products?

    Scudo products are available through over 6,000 dedicated showrooms and merchants throughout the UK. To find your nearest outlet please use our stockist directory which will search and display results of stockists within a specified radius of your town or postcode.

  • Who can open a Scudo account?

    As a bathroom distributor, we only supply direct to retailers. In order to open an account with us you must be a plumbers merchant and/or have a bathroom showroom. If you satisfy this criteria please visit our Trade Login page (link on top bar) and complete the registration form in order to receive an application pack.

  • Where can I find technical product data & fitting instructions?

    We try give as much detail as possible on all our product pages on our website. However, if you require more detailed information or the dimensions are missing for any reason, please contact us at

  • How do I return unwanted items?

    Unwanted items can be returned at your cost to us within 30 days of receipt for a refund as long as they are unused and in the original packaging. If you want to return an item(s) to us please use the email us option so we can advise the best method of return.

  • What happens if the delivery was incorrect?

    If you find this is the case, please contact our Customer Services team as soon as possible.  If the item hasn’t already been dispatched we may be able to stop it being sent.  If the order has already been dispatched you can return any unwanted items to us at your own cost within 30 days of receipt to receive a refund.

  • Do you have an online ordering system for retailers?

    We do have an online ordering portal which you can access from this website. Click on the link ‘Trade Login’ at the top of this web page, you will need to register here and in a few hours your portal will become active. Take advantage of being able to do all of the following in one place at your own convenience: order online, check stock availability, have an overview of your account with order history and invoice history.
